    Upon arrival, gate and lever was wide open. However, it is located in an extra gated area. Bathroom was disgusting needs to be cleaned and renovated. I left my personal belongings by accident and even though I offered to pay them to get it back… I was told they didn’t see it. Hard to believe it was not seen!

    MULTIPLE ISSUES
    i chose this place for an overnight, change-planes stay in part because I thought it was realatively close to the airport. It’s not. And its location is dreadful if you don’t have a car; there’s not a restaurant, cafe or bodega within walking distance. When my cab driver couldn’t find the place, neither of the two phone numbers supplied by the owners worked; one went to VM, the other seemed to be out of service. What’s more, the remote for the rather noisy a/c did not work, which made it impossible to regulate the temperature or the fan. I had a miserable stay.

    I stayed at this property for 4 days and it had all the basic convenience for a studio apartment. It was within walking distance to of the tourist locations like The Emancipation park, Devon House and some restaurants. The host of the Apartment was exceptional in guidance with places of interest and communicated with me to ensure everything was ok. It was value for money paid.
