Seamless check in by a friendly professional member of staff. The hotel is in a good position close to the pier, with guaranteed Parking at hotel which is a bonus in a busy resort. The hotel is lovely with great bar and, restaurant, with large comfortable bedrooms. The hotel provides a fabulous breakfast with lots of choice, the best cooked breakfast we have had in a hotel. We will return.

The hotel is fantastic but would benefit from some TLC as all old buildings do. Forgot to put milk in the room for a morning cuppa and no shower gel but a great place and we will visit again.

Room was amazing, super king size bed, coffee, hot chocolate and tea available, but no milk, breakfast was superb, you get to choose when you arrive, staff where brilliant throughout our stay, so close to all the amenities, shops , restaurants and the pier, would recommend snooze to everyone, we will be back .

The fridge was to close to the bed. Noisey at night. Also the plug to the kettle was too short. When the kettle was lifted up the base would fall to the ground. They also need to get their phone lines sorted, because you can't get through to them at all.

Spacious room with well appointed bathroom. Very comfortable. Small bottle of Prosecco and complimentary bottles of water were a lovely touch. Ideally located for The Great Orme and seafront. Super breakfast with great variety including lovely assortment of fruits, cereals and yoghourts as well as a full Welsh breakfast cooked to order.
