Very clean and functional, but we checked in at 9pm and no one was on reception. However, I think this hotel functions as a self service quite well. The only real issue was the heating/air conditioning. It was set to hot with no way to turn down or off and with the window open it made it too noisy.

This is a new hotel in a historic city only thirty minutes from Charles de Gaulle Airport near Paris. It has fenced and gated security, easy checkin, and breakfast, if you want it. It is beside a gym, steak house and a French bakery. Great overnighter.

Road trip.
Clean, nice modern furnishing. Air conditioning as well. Great location for Disneyland Paris. On arrival they give you a code which gives you access to he car park, front door and your room which is a really great idea. Lovely and inexpensive Boulangerie just across the car park. Would recommend.

Great for Disneyland Paris
Ideal and close to Disney, however Peage each way 2 euros ish (Disney parking €30 per day). Limited food in area, and would have been good to have a kettle in the room. Boulanger next door good and supermarket within walking distance. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, large car park, safe area.

Bad start otherwise fine
On arrival the "hotel" was a ghost town, no one in sight so check-in was a nightmare as we were not given the appropriate 6 digit code giving us access to the "hotel". The hotel.com confirmation code did not work. I eventually used the intercom provided to telephone a human who gave me the right code. After that, all was fine. The Hotel B&B is in an industrial park. There are some fast food outlets for those wanting them as well as a not-too-bad bakery within 50m walk.
