My new place in CM
I stayed on a recommendation from a friend and was absolutely delighted. The couple who run the place is a lovely pair and we’re as hospitable as could be. For a budget, this is head and shoulders above the rest. I rated comfort 4/5 because, as I said, it’s a budget trip. The bed is great. Just not what you get when you pay $100. Again, on a budget. Best budget bed I’ve had in a while tho! And condition was 4/5 because they are remodeling. It’s not in a state of disrepair. VERY CLEAN. But there is work to be done. And I hope it is done when I get back because I am definitely staying there. Thank you, Born folks. It was a great stay!

Wow..What A Great Time. I Was Treated Like Family From The Time I Got There, Till The Time I Left.The Host Were The Most Wonderful People,I Have Ever Met In Thailand. Born Guesthouse
In general, I was okay with the stay. I only booked one night initially as I wasn't sure how many days I would actually stay. Ended up staying and booked three more with lady at the hotel then realized I had made an mistake and required another night. I was promised a certain rate for the last night and when I went to pay for it the day before the lady increased the price saying that because it was busy I would have to pay more. She did not hold to the promised rate so I moved to a different place because I didn't like that practice. Just a note, the included breakfast is basically toast and coffee.
