Poor
Very bad and unprofessional receptionist!
Bad energy from the reception girl! Wanted to leave my bag for a few hours at their storege room, but she ask for 2 Euro for keeping my bag. The room i was at had a bad smell, and it was cold. Will not recommended to anyone :-(

really nice staff and very clean, much better than what I had expected from a cost friendly hostel. The guests were generally very laid back and warm. overall a positive experience and would be willing to stay here again :) only downside is that the walls are very thin and you can almost hear anything, fine during the day but quite disturbing at night

The best hostel in Varna. If you have chance to book. Don't think twice.

Good economy option though a little noisy...
Stayed with family. We were in room 105 ( a double room). Room itself was comfy enough though doors to balcony would not close. Worst part was the continual noise from people going past our door through the night, creaking floor in corridor and our door was not a good fit to keep noise out. Had to speak to a guest at 00.30 who was thoughtlessly playing a loud radio in the communal kitchen. Kitchen could be better equipped, no tea spoons and cooking utensils a little lacking. Staff were really friendly and the best part about the hotel. Location was perfect though, right in one of the best parts of the city. Found parking nearby for 12 lev for a day.

Very good
Rooms looked nice but it seemed like functionality had been overlooked especially in the showers with no space to change, inadequate hooks and drainage.

Central Varna tranquil hostel.
I arrived on the night bus from Istanbul, at 05.15hrs, & knew that the hostel didn't open until 08.30. so I went to the train station to wait. I returned just after it opened and went upstairs to the hostel. Pleasantly surprised at how nice it is. Newly opened last year, so all fittings are in excellent condition. A quiet area in the pedestrian precinct. Comfortable thick mattress. Tidy small kitchen and eating area. Close to shops. A bright open place to stay.

Nice place to stay for a limited budget
i ve booked 2 nights in a big dorm and the pretty receptionist put me in a 4 bedded room which is more expensive than i booked one. The room was clean, comfortable bed and clean sheets. Building is one of the oldest in Varna but restorated like a boutique hotel. Overall Stay was comfortable BUT the owner rent a big room to the seasonal local workers. They were unrespectfull to the hostel customers. They were listening bulgarian music till midnight very loud and woke up very early in the morning. Positives; Location, clean, price, comfortable, helpful staff Cons Noise from the local workers who stayed in big room Overall clean budget centrally located hostel Deffinetely RECOMMENDED
