I arrived before 3:00 and the gentleman at the front desk rudely told me - without even looking up “check in was at three”. Ok fine…no problem, I’ll wait in the lobby. I pulled out a bottled drink from my bag and waited on one of the chairs. Same fellow came over and rudely told me I couldn’t drink that here and would have to order something from the cafe. I did that and was forced to wait 1/2 hr for what turned out to be a horrid /cold coffee. The automated check in didn’t work. room was bare bones, super tiny and had a bed as hard as concrete. I’ve had my share of hard beds in JP but this was the worst. In the end I left 2 days early and went to another hotel. I lost the room charge for those two night but I was just desperate to get out of there. You have other options in the area and I suggest you check them out before staying here.
