    I will stay here again (pool view)

    This hotel is beautiful. Everything was perfect. The only issue for me was the room towels. They are not soft at all. (Very cheap room towels). They don’t have coffee machines in room, but there is a Starbucks in the lobby. I stood on the second floor, “city view”, but it was more like trash compactor view. If they have mentioned this in the lobby, I will have paid the $10 extra a night for a pool view. Other than this I enjoyed my two days stay on this hotel.

    The resort was clean, staff was friendly, suite was big and the shuttles were constantly running and we rarely had to wait! I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone and will definitely be coming back!!!

    Really great hotel for young families

    Nice hotel for young families. The bus was always there to take us back and forth to the Universal Parks, which was a quick ride. Only 2 downfalls: We thought we would be able to use our room key as an express pass in the lines as we could at the Universal Loews Resorts, but we could not. No coffee maker in room.
