A cool place near the Market
I live in Seattle. Some construction work was being done at my building, so I opted to stay downtown. I wanted to check this hotel out after the historic building’s extensive renovation. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much. For the money, I would say the room was smaller than I expected. Great decor, however. There were a couple things I’d change—most notably, the fun messages on the brick wall outside the window were cool; the fact the light out there stayed on all night and couldn’t be entirely blocked out was not. There was no soap/body wash in the shower when I checked in. I made a request for some right away, but it was never delivered. Valet is steep at $49 a night. The valet team was terrific, however. Terrell was especially helpful when I needed an item from the car right after I checked in. If you want to stay in a hip hotel steps from the Pike Place Market, it’s worth a stay.

Fantastic staff!
Room available at late check-in was small but we moved to a good room next day and the service was five star throughout.

Fantastic hotel!
Hotel is very clean, quiet, secure and comfortable. Downtown Seattle has some homeless issues but this hotel is very safe. I will stay here every time. The room is small but very comfortable and modern. I love how close it is to everything you need in downtown. Target is across the street and Pike Place Market is next door. I never heard any noise above, below or next to me which is often an issue with old buildings. Also there was no noise from outside. Great customer service all around too. My one and only compliant is that the bed frame comes up really high and because I'm short (5'3") it was awkward getting in and out of bed but that is it.

One night stay OK!
Hotel was clean. Desk staff not very friendly, however doorman was very friendly. Very small room, good thing we did not have a lot of luggage with us because there really isn't any room to put it. Probably would not stay here again for the price and what you get.
