The worst place I can pick easily.
Only the location is good, but the other things are so bad. No service, not cheap, bad condition, chemical smell, a lot of dust in bed, tiny place not only the cabinet you should sleep but also everywhere like shower room, aisle, locker.. Oh sorry my mistake, there was no locker same as no door lock working for entrance & room. So everyone could be access without any key or something;). I was woken out in midnight by noise that some family made because they couldn't get out from private room because of door lock broken(?), I helped them to get out.. The worst part was their 'Mind'. There are still something under construction & not prepared, and staffs are always saying that "Sorry.. we're just open so.. you know..." repeatedly for excuse. Sorry excuse me?! Then You should not open hotel if you're not ready yet. One advise for the owner, please have a day in your own hotel. You can find out sharpy things and wrong design for 2nd bed stair in a minute..

I cannot complain anything. Worthy every penny we paid. I used almost all facilities of hotel. Dinner and breakfast were not much but enough and very delicious. Outdoor onsen with snow and Fujisan view was perfect. Bar, library, internet were decorated in style with personally area. Room with terrace area can show you lake and Fujisan view. All staffs treated you as well as your family. Here is diamond of Kawaguchiko.

The room is very big and amenities are sufficient; staff is friendly and helpful; yet the shower curtain is a bit smelly.

Very good 8.0
A newly renovated place, its clean and comfortable albeit very small. Good pillows, comfortable bed, private (tiny!) washrooms, and very good service. My only complaint was that something seemed to be off gassing a smell into the room. But there was a balcony door to open which helped. Great location!
