Karen’s Cape House is a newly renovated, immaculately cared for 1,300 square foot home. It has central air conditioning and all the amenities you and your family need to create new traditions and lasting memories. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood only 1.8 miles from Bass River Beach, you can ride one of our beach bikes to catch the sunrise. A freshwater pond, Long Pond, is right around the corner (.2 mile) and has a gazebo, small beach and swimming area, basketball hoops, and playground for the children. If you would rather curl up with a good book, you can sit in our airy sun room with the large windows open, sip lemonade, and relax after a day in the sun. The enclosed, privately flat fenced-in backyard has songbirds, hydrangeas, and a beautiful perennial garden to view as you sit in an Adirondack chair around the firepit, or while you unwind with family around the picnic table. Don’t forget about the outside shower!


If you like, you can enjoy our kayaks at nearby Long Pond. We provide two trollies so that you can easily wheel the kayaks to the fresh pond beach at Long Pond and go kayaking in the beautiful lake. Or take a bike ride to the beach - we provide three beach bikes to choose from! We even provide a car bike rack if you want to go biking on the nearby rail trail in Yarmouth.



There are public tennis courts just down the street that you can walk to. Also, there are basketball hoops and a children's playground right around the corner at Wings Grove Beach.

Free Wifi and Roku streaming with Sling TV during peak season only. Ask for off season WiFi rates between 10/25 and 4/15. Cable TV is not offered. In addition to Sling TV, we also offer free Netflix, and local channels such as CBS, ABC, and NBC.
