Exceptional
Our accommodation at 1 Suite Firenze was lovely and comfortably appointed. Although we received minimal beverage service, everything else about our room was top notch. The location was perfect for walking to all of the sights of Florence as well as the train station so as to take day trips to and from nearby cities. We appreciated the kindness of the staff as well.

Good location and recently renovated room
The location of this hotel is about a 10 min walk from the Florence train station through a narrow street towards the river. Getting to the Florence historic center and Uffizi Gallery also is about a 15 min walk to the east. So it is quite convenient. The hotel is on the second floor (or third floor in the US) of a building. There is a small elevator that can only fit a person and a single piece of luggage, so it took us two trips to move our stuff up. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. We booked the room with the shower stall instead of the bathtub as we prefer that, but the room size is a bit smaller and yet still quite spacious. The bathroom is nicely decorated with a modern mirror that has led lights around. Considering the location and the room condition, we are happy that we chose this hotel.

Very good
Great location in Florence
Overall a great place to stay. Very convenient. Steps from the Arno and ponte Vespucci. This is a brand new boutique hotel (6 rooms) nicely appointed in a small building. It has a small elevator which takes you to the hotel. Huge rooms, lovely bathrooms designed by an architect who is not very practical. Difficult to take a shower as there is no curtain. Also, don’t try the jacuzzi before asking the lovely manager Sarah. Ours suddenly emptied out all over the floor. These are annoying details but the overall experience was very good. Eva
