This hotel has no sound insulation what so ever. It felt like as if the windows were open, but no, they were closed, and I heard everything from the street. On one side they have costruction going on and on the other a very busy road. The shower in the room was getting cold and hot and could not regulate it all. The location is good, very central and the staff of the hotel is very friendly.

Noisy street
This stay was a reminder of you get what you pay for. Our room was next to the racetrack outside. Might as well of slept on the sidewalk. So very little sleep. The breakfast is very well done lots of selection, probably one of the best. Although breakfast was very good, it was just way too noisy for me. Moving luggage was also weird, you come in and you meet up with stairs too haul your luggage down, then again if your room is in the next building some more stairs. So if your spouse likes to bring the large luggage to fill it with all the purchases from liberdade street you might need to see your chiropractor when you get home. Also if you have HVAC training you will be ok, otherwise you will be getting up and down all night adjusting the thermostat only to shut it off in the end. Although you are just around the corner from the high end stores the place was too noisy for me I will stay somewhere different next time.

The property was in a convenient location and not too busy or noisy. The one thing I don’t like about this property is the shower head. I wish it’s a little big higher so that way I don’t have to stay so close to the faucet and keep bumping into it. Also the temperature of the water is very inconsistent.

The reception smelled of sewer really bad. The elevator, corridors and rooms also, all the way to the third floor.
