    Good 6.0
Our party of 6 spent three nights at the Mustard whilst in Tokyo and stayed in a 6 bed dorm. The room was very small and we could not access our suitcases at the same time due to limited floor space; they only just fitted standing up with one or two open. The mattresses & pillows are comfy but the ladders to the top bunks are badly designed and hurt your feet. The hallway has neon lights which stay on all night - very bright and horrible to go to the toilet during the night - such a bad design! The hallway, shared bathrooms and dorms are white and so they looked pretty dirty with all the marks - the bathroom could do with more regular cleaning - quite dusty & lots of hair on the floor. Breakfast was good - however, you get a 700 yen voucher per morning which covers a basic breakfast and drip coffee - if you want latte and eggs Benedict for example, you have to pay more to top it up. Reception staff were lovely, very helpful and informative.

    Bring your sunglasses 😎
Room too small. You need sunglasses to walk through the corridor due to the brightnesses of the LED strips.

    Exceptional 10.0
Friendly staff and great location. Cool little bar and restaurant on ground floor

    Very good 8.0
    Very hip aesthetic
Simple place for a room to crash (but not really hang-out in; no TV)... Efficient & accommodating staff; stored our bags for a few hours while we wandered the neighborhood before check-in... Delicious coffee & breakfast at place downstairs.

    Almost hostile place
The hotel is extremely sterile with a glossy white floor, white walls and very bright and cold light that makes you feel to be in a mental facility. There is nothing superfluous and could almost be considered as a modern art project. For me, this is not a place to stay at, at best to sleep over, as the bed was very nice. The staff was rather chill as the hotel itself.
