They overbook!!
My wife and I waited 2 hours for a clean room!! They overbooked the rooms we found out later and we’ll never use this hotel chain.

Great for overnight business trip but not more....
Rooms are comfortable enough for an overnight business stay but not really for anything more than one person. Literally NO STORAGE for clothes except open pipe with 5 hangers. No drawers ANYWHERE in the room so you are essentially forced to keep your clothes either laid out on the 2nd bed (that's if you had two queen beds) or out of your suitcase. Beds comfy. The walls are not insulated well so if the room next to use has running kids or someone whom like the TV loud, well you're not going to get much sleep. Also note, that we COVID-19 being the excuse, BREAKFAST is a JOKE...

The first room that we were given had extremely dirty floors all over. My husband called the desk to get another room and was told to come downstairs to get another key. Once my husband got to the desk the person running the desk was not there and he had to wait 10 or 15 minutes for her to come back to the desk. Once we were given the other room it still was not as clean I would have like. A hotel should be taking all the safety measures seriously especially during the pandemic. On each hotel room door there was a note stated how they were doing all the safety things for our stay but i feel like their standard have changed and not for the better since the last time we stayed there. We have stayed 2 other times here without any problems. I'm not sure if we will stay there again. We have also told many people about how great the hotel was but im not sure we will do that again.

Great hotel
Overall the hotel room was clean, the floors could have used sweeping/mopping. I was pleased with the room and the price, would definitely stay again. The front desk personnel were very professional both on check in and check out. Receiving a courtesy call asking about our room after check in was an added bonus.The room was very affordable and I recommend to anyone.

NEVER AGAIN
We stayed one night for a family weekend, we were in town for a ball tournament. Having to get up early the following morning. This is NOT the place to stay. They apparently allow guests to throw elaborate birthday parties out by the pool area in the middle of winter. Until around midnight, after numerous calls to the front desk.. these guests had an elaborate birthday party out by the pool and were SO loud, it kept us all awake. The front desk didnt seem too concerned when I called. They said the guests would have until 10pm at the pool area. However at 11pm, I was calling the front desk back to see why they were still out there. Ruined our stay, got very little sleep. Over all just miserable. If you are looking for a party hotel, this is it. Not family friendly.
