O hotel não deve ser considerado um Resort, ta longe disso. O quarto e sala/cozinha estavam ok, tem uma sacadinha confortável, mas o banheiro deixa muito a desejar, a manutenção é ruim, o chuveiro demora uns 10 minutos para esquentar, muito sujo, o box todo manchado, as paredes gosmentas e o chão encardido. Eles disponibilizam apenas 1 toalha por hospede para uso nas piscinas, ficamos 5 dias usando as mesmas toalhas. As toalhas dos quartos tem a informação que é trocada a cada 3 dias, mas isso não aconteceu, trocaram apenas a toalha de piso do banheiro e o restante não foi feita a troca nenhuma vez. No penúltimo dia não fizeram a arrumação do quarto, a solicitação ficou o dia todo e ninguem veio, em uma das vezes que saímos do quarto nesse dia, a arrumadeira estava no quarto da frente e não foi no nosso. Não sei como é fora da alta temporada (ferias), mas estava bem cheio o hotel, a espera do elevador era em torno de 10minutos. A comida era simples, mas pra mim estava ok, apenas para pessoas e crianças com alimentação seletiva acredito ser um problema, pois se a pessoa só come por exemplo bife ou file de frango, nao existia essa opção diarimente, o bife por exemplo foi apenas no primeiro dia, nos outros tinha bastante opções, mas tudo com molho, cozinho, assado, etc.

Comparada a primeira experiência que tive no resort há 4 anos atrás, o resort caiu na qualidade. Percebe-se que falta manutenção nas áreas comuns e quartos. A cortina da sala estava engordurada e a varanda e janelas empoeiradas. O resort não tem estrutura para comportar tantos hóspedes. Restaurante muito cheio e sempre era necessário aguardar a reposição dos itens. Filas e mais filas. Fila pro café, fila pro jantar, fila pro elevador, fila pro check in e checkout. As piscinas sempre muito cheias e muitas vezes crianças desacompanhadas dos responsáveis nas piscinas desobedecendo regras de segurança e com brincadeiras de bola e jogar água importunando os hóspedes que queriam mais sossego. A programação de lazer também deixou a desejar. Pouca variedade na programação para crianças e adultos. Na primeira vez que fui, todos os dias teve shows no palco da piscina. Desta vez apenas duas apresentações próxima a área da piscina e no dia que choveu foi cancelado. No primeiro dia, a brinquedoteca estava com uma monitora que enquanto minha filha brincava começou a recolher os brinquedos para guardá-los. Nos demais dias não haviam brinquedos. Diante de tudo isso, não pretendo retornar ao resort.

O quarto não estava limpo, porque a limpeza e a qualidade da higiene deles é bem fraca. Em parte, talvez, porque o hotel estava super cheio. Mas não justifica, o café da manhã talvez devido o volume elevado de pessoas é médio-baixo. As piscinas não possível usar porque ficam muito cheias. Os funcionários são muito educados e esse é o único ponto alto deles.

A estrutura do hotel é grande, os funcionários sao educados. Entrentando, no primeiro momento fomos alocados em um apto na torre A onde o banheiro fedia urina forte. Trocamos de quarto na torre C e não mudou muito, as paredes e cortinas sujas, o banheiro encardido no box, pia e chuveiro entupidos, faltou agua no ultimo dia (dia 28). O quarto deixa a desejar por falta de manutenção e limpeza. Outra situação são os vendedores pararem a gente até 5 vezes ao dia oferecendo ingressos por visita a novos empreendimentos, insistem até perguntando a nossa programação dia como se nao tivéssemos no hotel para descansar. Experiência pessima. Check in com início às 14h00. Chegamos no hotel às 16h00 e ficamos 2 horas na fila para fazer o check in e pasmem. Logo após o check in fomos informados que não tinha quarto disponível e tinha que aguardar. Era 19h00 e nada de liberar o quarto. Hall do hotel lotado e muita confusão e desorganização. Só foi liberado o quarto pq eu pedi para cancelar minha reserva e iria procurar outro hotel. Vi muita gente brigando e com os mesmos problemas de não ter quarto disponível. A limpeza do hotel é pessima. Tudo muito sujo. Principalmente as dependências. Nao indico para ninguém
