A hotel that A/C is on regardless of your request
The hotel was OK, beds and sheets were clean, room was nice, the staff were polite and the breakfast was good as well. But all these means nothing if they make you get sick. The last night of our stay, we came back at 10:30 p.m and the room was cold, so I've asked the reception to warm up the room. She said after 10 we turn off the system is off so we cannot do anything. I thought ok, it's going to warm up after a couple of hours because of our presence and it did, but the next morning I woke up with a bad pain in forehead. The A/C was on again and it was chilling out the room. I've asked reception again if they can at least turn it off and they said they can't because the guy with the password is home sleeping. Anyways, the damage was already done. I was sick the next 5 days when I was traveling for Christmas holidays. Didn't enjoy anything and had to stay indoor. So Thanks again

We stay three nights as a family of four. The room is very cramped with the TV protruding into one of the beds. The kids loved the bunk beds though as they come with individual USB jacks & headlights. The shower room could be bigger, but the water temperature control works well.

Very inconvenient hotel stay
I chose the guest room hoterl but for 2 nights the beds not being cleaned up. When I asked the hotel receptionist named Maria, it's not their responsibility. She didn't care even we had very inconvenient stay in their hotel. Really what's a joke? Hotel.com must checked this saga. Why can Hotel.com recommend to us this kind of hotel service. All the good ratings anout them are truly false!!! Don't believe it.

This hotel is very Euro chic! The room was clean and very efficient! I loved the spacing in the room. The hotel offers a nice European breakfast on-site for a fee and even have a community kitchen plus washer and dryer for guest to use. The community kitchen was a mess during my stay, but staff took care of it as soon as I alerted them to the issue. I would recommend this place!
