This hotel was nothing like it said it would be. I paid for a luxury room and was placed in a less than basic room. The staff was very unhelpful and unfriendly - they refused to address the issues I raised and also tried to overcharge us for multiple things. Additionally my hotel room had mold on the wall and was very loud, as the hotel is directly next to a nightclub.

Good
The location is very central to all sights however there are very loud bars and nightclubs underneath the hotel rooms and even in the same floor of the rooms that would continue to play very loud music all night! The hotel is located on the 3rd floor only of the building! It was difficult to find the entrance upon arrival as it’s not clearly marked! The rooms are very compact and there isn’t any aircondioning in the room so it was very warm unless the windows are opened but then you have the noise from the bars and traffic!

Good location, but extremely noisy
Great location, very close to main attractions in Moscow and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The room and bathroom were good too as well as the price we’ve paid it for. The walls are extremely thin though, so prepare yourself for a poor night of sleep as you can hear the nightclubs from nearby as if they were in your own bedroom until 5am. There was one instance as well that someone decided to use a drill at 3am for an hour!! And we’ve been told that the hotel could not complain about that to the neighbour.

Terrible hotel. The breakfast is the worst! they bring it to you to your room, cold, coffee that they do not ask how you want it. There is no place to eat it. Just one chair and we were two in the room. They didn't clean the bathroom everyday. We have to ask for towels one of the days. And it was really loud on friday because in the surroundings there are many bars

Wonderful Stay
We had a great stay. The location is perfect and convenient. The workers are very kind and helpful. The only things that aren’t the best are: the street can be noisy at night, especially on weekends, and the temperature was not adjustable. We would wake up sweating during the night. Otherwise, the stay was fantastic. They also have a gym just upstairs that guests can use. It is a beautiful factuality with get equipment.
