Detention center
We ran from this place as its youth detention center now.the property was decommissioned last year n hotel.com still kept the property as active.

Thermal pool was great. Bed was good. Otherwise the place is under renovation and it obviously needs it. The building and surrounds are really run down and need a heap of TLC. The room was clean but the decor and facilities are really dated

Located near thermal pools.also motel has their own hot pool but need same cleaning as it had green slippery at bottom of the pool. Over all we had good experience. We will definitely recommend it next time.

The staff were friendly and helpful and were honest about the condition of the place (undergoing renovation due to years of not being in service). One good feature is the natural mineral pool at the hotel.

The pool was fantastic soaked in the hot pool for 3 hours with the kids. The state of the upstairs family rooms are poor. The roof leaked in the bathroom and the standard of house keeping was poor. There was old food packets under one of the beds and the sheets on that bed had not been changed evidenced by the old dried food on the top sheet. The heater in the room was insufficient to heat it properly and the knobs on it had been removed so one could not turn up the heat. We didn't freeze but it would have been nice to have been warmer since it was the middle of winter.The balcony railing was falling to bits causing a safety hazard. The roof was caved in over a walk way and was leaking causing a slippery hazard on the pathway. If we stayed there again I would insist on one of the more expensive pool side units that have been updated or stay elsewhere.
