Nice place & good value
This is a nice place at a good value. The front desk staff are helpful and the place is nice enough. No breakfast, though I assuming it's because of the bums (that are ALL over San Francisco, NOT just here). The location is great the beds are comfy and the AC was strong. Wifi was a bit spotty, but minor -it's not like I was overseas and NEEDED it! I would stay again! Thanks

Get what you pay for. We only needed for a night for NBA game which was 20 minute walk away. Lots of homeless in area but didn't bother us. Easy walk to downtown. Nice staff. Ignore breakfast offer & go to a cafe.
