Very good
The staff made everything extremely easy for us - there was parking right out front, check-in was a breeze and we were informed of breakfast timing straight away. I saw many “small bathroom” comments, but there’s a shower and a toilet in there. I’m not sure what you’d need more space for? (Im 5’8” and by no means petite.) The sink and mirror are on the outside of the loo, with two shelves and an outlet nearby. They must have also fixed their lighting situation I see comments about because the room was well-lit by the fixture. My only complaint is that one of the staff memebets, who I actually assume is the owner, had a small child that came in at around 7:45am one morning, screaming and running down the hallway - we’d come off of an international flight and were jet lagged. We’d hoped to sleep until at least 8:30 - but our room was right by the dining room where they were getting ready for breakfast, so I guess you get what you pay for. Also, this only happened the first morning - the next morning was perfectly fine. In all, if you’re expecting a brand new, 5 Star hotel, this isn’t the place for you. If you’d like a cozy B&B with shops near by and easy accessibility to Oxford at an excellent price, this is your place.

Accessible and Adequate
I found this guest house to be nicely located with many conveniences close to it. They have limited private parking but there seems to be adequate public parking. If you do use public parking, a permit is provided. My room was downstairs, with my door right by the staircase and next to the dining area. I'm not sure how many would be OK with this, hence my mentioning the possibility of receiving such a room. The room was clean with standard furnishing and provisions. The lighting wasn't the best, certainly inadequate for me, in certain areas. Better shades and bulbs of varying strength could allow for lighting customisation. The shower was small and needs a little shelf to place your shampoo/gel. Breakfast was good with a nice English breakfast provided in my case, but I thought the radio playing loudly in the background to be tacky under the circumstance. With attention to minor details without additional expense, the owners would be surprised at how these minor changes accumulate to significantly improve the guest experience.

Poor
No!! This was really sad!
The stay was like a travel back to the 80’s! The rooms looked very different from what was presented on Hotels.com. Makes a stay just so much less fun when one feel uncomfortable and cheated with a place like this. We travel as a family a lot and this B&B won the competition of the worst. We had to just laugh about it :) Ps! They have 2 free parking spots outside so that is a plus if anything. Ca 30 minutes walk to Oxford center.

Don't book unless you have a cell working in UK
The property was just OK. There is no reception desk - only a phone number on the front door that you're supposed to call to get into a safe box with keys next to the front door (they'll tell you a code to open the safe). Don't book unless you have a cellphone that's working in the UK.
