About this home
A beautiful 3 bedroom, two bath, newly renovated home with a spacious backyard. We are only 15 to 20 minutes from downtown New Orleans and five minutes from the airport. The house is located in Kenner Louisiana surrounded by major grocery stores and trendy restaurants. We are only two blocks off the main hwy that takes you to the interstate and the beautiful lakefront area for family picnics and more. We are also only two miles from the Treasure Chest Casino. The house is located in a settled quiet neighborhood, Ideal for family vacations. The house is a smoke free and pet free zone. (No pets of any kind allowed). The Master bedroom has a full on suite bathroom and Queen size bed. The 2nd bedroom have a full size bed, and the 3rd bedroom have 2 twin beds. There’s also a queen size air mattress if needed.

Spacious Accommodations
The process for reservations and check in was easy. There was plenty of room for our group. Two nice sitting areas outside, two roomy areas for sitting or playing games inside. A bedroom for each of the couples. Plenty of bath towels. On the surface the home looked clean, however walking around in socks or bare feet resulted in black feet and socks. The master bath needed some deap cleaning in the surround of the shower, corners and caulk near the floor. They were black with dirt/mold. A grill was advertised but it was rusty, with pieces of the heat elements laying inside and had very little propane so we were unable to use. They could use more cooking utensils: larger skillet, mixing bowels, cookie sheets, sharp knives and dish clothes and dish towels. Not having items made our cooking a challenge. Something out of control of Host, a rooster nearby liked to crow at all hours. Getting to the Quarter had its moments dealing with traffic. Nothing mentioned would keep us from staying here again however we would throw in a few more staples for cooking etc.

Thanksgiving with Family
Property is easy to get to and a great living area. We were able to set up tables and use the breakfast area for extra seating. A great day for the family both local and from Texas.

One month stay
We stayed here after Hurricane Ida passed through for work. The place was clean, nicely decorated, and the communication with Patrice was very smooth. The house is large with three bedrooms and plenty of room for three adjusters to set up work stations and have somewhere to relax. It worked well for us because it was located near interstate and airport.

I highly recommend this place was very clean , has lots of room and in a quiet neighborhood. Patrice was an awesome host. Always replied quickly to any of my questions. Was very relaxing stay for us.
