Staff was very friendly and helpful. However they are still trying to follow some strict Covid policies regarding keeping the pool and gym locked and having to call and wait for them to be unlocked. In the evening I noticed the tiny pool packed with people so any strict policy they had was not being followed. The breakfast was great and staff was wonderful. But quite unpleasant having to try to eat on wobbly tables that jiggled and wobbled any time you touched them. I came in on the bus so it was very convenient as it’s a block away from the bus station. The hotel information says it’s 15 minutes from the airport by taxi. I’ve lived in Cebu before and know the city well. It’s more like 30-40 minutes from the hotel depending on traffic

checkin - mildly said disasterous. had 2 following bookings for 2+1 day. at checkin I explained, had only 1 book-ID, but should find it thru PC (I thought). No way. They gave me room for 1st booking - alright. Told'em I check mail and bring 2nd book-ID. I did 5 min later. 1 hours later call from reception: they need my 1st ref-booking... my arguemnt that I am checked in and IN THÈ ROOM already, didn't help. went back to Reception to give 1st booking... never mind elevator. always take 5-10 minutes spare time with you... Cleanliness: Room really nice. Bathroom big, really good shower. Problem: in front of shower windows very bad cleaning - looks really dirty along the profile of glass on the floor! Simple solution: someone needs to - instruct the staff properly - check on the staff Big Filiino breakfast, very small Western Breakfast. Location: Central in Colon. Close to Iconique Mall opposite Colonnades, Elisabeth Mall etc. JT Otherwise: good location in Colon,

Nice place great location. Amazing breakfast
Very nice place good location. Buffet breakfast was so good. We had a problem with our first room we could not get the refrigerator to work and the aircon was not good also the electronic keycard holder on the wall was loose and fell off we called to report all this we waited a full 30 mins then I went back down to reception to report again. We got moved room eventually and the staff member was very helpful.
