Won’t return
First off they didn’t have the room I reserved online and paid for.. went from a king suite to a double bed standard.. room stunk of humidity, A/C did not work, Tv had no channels or wifi capability to connect to Netflix, wifi did not work, staff tried charging me double for the same room I paid for online for half the price.. the rainfall showed bursted and I couldn’t take a shower at all.

Location is good both downtown and beach are very close (as everything in Holbox) - just a couple of blocks walking distance. Hotel is very basic and stripped down. Bathroom amenities are terrible (take your own) and the Wifi did not work at all during my stay.

It’s a small space. Literally only to sleep. No windows and only one entrance. They have a really nice check in area and hallways space. The rooms need some work; mine looked like it might’ve been unfinished.
