Excellent location. Very clean (you pay a lot more for the cleaning service than would be expected. 45 Euros for three nights. Very comfortable but you must climb to sixth floor, not fifth.

We had a superb weekend in Madrid. Goio is very helpful with his tips and the apartment is brand new and very well equipped. It has all kind of neat details. The views to the street are amazing and it is very well located to all neighborhoods in the city center. As it is top floor with NO elevator I wouldn´t recommend it if you are not in shape or you have to carry a baby cart! Up to you. For the rest it is a supercomfy place right in the middle of the action!
