Great stay in Deadwood SD at the Tru Hotel !!!
Great stay. A little hard to find where to go check into the hotel as the sign is on the South side of the building but you end up walking in toward the middle of the casino and the signage inside is not the greatest, but eventually we found out we needed to go check in on the 2nd floor. Other then that, great room and awesome service.

Good Hotel, Parking severely lacking.
Room was decent, lot of room but no carpet, the bed creaked really bad. Could not roll curtains up all the way in the window. Staff was very nice. Parking was terribly crammed and not enough spots. Especially for hotel guests. Connected Casino was great but lots of wasted space on gaming floors.

Was not aware that parking was an extra cost by the day. Otherwise stay was good. Did not like that because we booked 3rd party, our stay was split into 2 bookings. So our keys deactivated after the first night. Just not convenient.

Casino location great! Hotel new! Pool on other end beautiful but a little bit of a walk. Room is clean, hotel is new, room very basic (not a complaint), hotel is a great pricepoint yet still had free breakfast, coffee, and wonderful teas.

I have stayed at the hotels at Cadillac Jacks every time I have gone to Deadwood and it has always been a great time. Lot of great options to eat, extremely clean rooms and plenty of amenities. It is not located downtown but the walk is not that far and you could honestly spend your entire weekend just at Cadillac Jacks if you wanted due to it offering so much. You will not regret staying here!

Our room was very clean and modern, the staff were very accommodating but from a distance so it didn't become annoying. Check out is at 12 pm which is crucial when staying in Deadwood and we weren't sure if we had anyone else staying on our floor due to how quiet and soundproofed the room was! The layout of the hotel was a little tricky at first as the lobby and front desk is on the 2nd floor but that was the only minor annoyance about our whole stay.
