Great Location Tidy Appartment, Nice Kitchen Secure Parking Private and Comfortable Heater needs servicing and wash indicating so, was either not working or not working properly as it was icey cold No extra blankets or linen of any variety. Shower does not drain properly causing the bathroom to quickly flood after a minute of use. My son slipped over and concussed himself on the bathroom sink. I slipped and fell onto bath and have bruising on my thigh. Had to use all towels to create wall so i could shower and then wash and dried them so the kids could have a wash. Beds were average at best, put the kids in the king bed for easy bathroom access and so I could have privacy at night. Internet is via plug and play device and tv is both small and NOT smart and so you need to being your own device if you wish to cast/stream.

Amazing location. Picking up and dropping off key was a hassle. The beds were terrible to the point we wouldn’t book again for this reason. Washing machine and dryer wouldn’t work and only half roll of toilet paper. Apartment was modern but far from luxury

Upon entering the building we were looking for parking which we later realised someone else is parked at our bay, and the lady we called said to park off street!!! Seriously why do we look for parking while booking. Property was not cleaned at all just bed sheets changed, pillows stunk. Property was vacuumed. We had to disinfect ourselves having a toddler with us. Plus with two bedrooms apartment we only had one toilet paper. Advise no reception available which is annoying. Only good thing was that it was located walking distance to the beach and a few eateries. Never staying here again.

The property is in a fantastic location. Great for exploring the waterfront and Geelong CBD (all within walking distance). However, I was very disappointed with the apartment itself. If you're thinking of staying here then check that the owner has done some maintenance. During our stay I was very disappointed with the mattresses... I've never slept on such hard, cheap, nasty, thin mattresses. My daughter wanted to sleep on the couch rather than her bed because she could feel the metal springs. I could not believe how the master bedroom mattress was rock hard. Not a restful, relaxing and comfortable bed like you experience in every other quality motel or apartment. I'd expect something like this from a $50/night backpackers, not a luxury apartment! There were faulty lights (and some not working), Blinds falling off the hanging loops so you couldn't shut them properly, only limited cooking utensils and glassware (we had a family dinner and couldn't even have matching glasses). A balcony stained with footprints, pantry cupboard hanging off its sliders, a big rip in the couch, cracked stone on the island bench feature, a small (40") TV? This is a supposed luxury apartment, charging top rates but only delivering a budget experience. I wouldn't pay more than $150/night unless some serious improvements have been made. I emailed my concerns to the property managers (Geelong Holiday Rentals) and they've 'passed it on to management'. Next time I visit Geelong I'll be staying elsewhere!
