good but well..communication..
generally we loved it plz note however this is an unmanned hotel which means the hotel ppl are not around and can be frustrating considering they work 9-6 only the doors are electronic locks with codes that change everyday so this can be frustrating as well having said that the location was perfect and room was fantastic they let us check it earlier which was great they were able to keep my luggage but we needed to walk 5 more minutes to the square which wasn terrible

Great location. Comfortable bed. Everything you need for a pleasant stay. We were allowed to leave our bags in the apartment before the cleaner had come. Chairs at dining table add old world charm but are in need of repair. We would stay here again.

Property seems very newly renovated. It is in EXCELLENT condition. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Love that there are no key cards. You use a keypad to enter the building and all apartments. Apartments are well-equipped with dishware, pots, pans, glasses. Stove, full-size fridge, washer/dryer (including soap), oven/microwave, dishwasher. They provide two tiny bottles of olive oil, but no salt and pepper. They have bar soap, hairdryer and shower cap. No shampoo/conditioner. We rented four apartments. Some, but not all, had two individual cartons of milk, orange juice, and chocolate milk, two sets of small cookies, and two tiny jars of jelly. No ice in the freezer. We didn't ask for or need any. There may be ice machines on the property. Most all messages to the management company were answered within the day. The property was INCREDIBLY helpful with providing a list of Covid test sites. Their list was better than any others I found. The hospital they recommended is only a 7-minute walk away. I highly suggest that. We also were tested at the medical school--an 18-minute walk away and a long wait. They were 1 1/2 hours behind when we were tested. We rented two premium (11 & 15) and two classic apartments (32 & 36). We liked 15's common area the most. 15 & 32 have L-shaped sectional couches. 36 has a short couch and 11 has two long couches, 2 bathrooms, & a small balcony. 36 has a walk-in closet! Best windows--36 and 15! The classic appts are as good as the premium.

I would not recommend. Nice area, but keep looking
They did not send us the codes to enter the building nor our room. We traveled all day and arrived after dark (approx 6:30 pm). We did everything we were supposed to do, they just forgot to send us the codes. We had to contact Hotels.com and wait for about an hour before they sent us the codes. It was frustrating. The information they provided said to contact their emergency number if there was any problems checking in after hours, but their emergency number didn't work. I understand problems happen, but they made no effort to apologize for their error. That would have gone a long way. One of our rooms had an odor/fumes that was also bad.

Great Location
Location was great, on the heart of Lisbon. the room was clean and charming. The kids love it their sofa beds and we enjoyed the balcony at night.
