The hotel advertises itself as a 5 star, which seems a bit of a stretch. On the positive side, service, location and food are good. They gave a free late-checkout and tried their best to cater to our vegetarian food preferences in breakfast. On the negative side, lobby area is too small and chekcin is just two desks next to entrance. Basic things that a 5 star should have, are missing e.g. no hot water kettle, tea/coffee in the room, safe not working, no in-room temperature control etc. Most disappointing aspect was the promise of a "spa service for two" which turned out to be just the access to Sauna?? I chose this hotel over others thinking this service would be value for money, but it was not. When questioned, they did provide a massage session for half hour for one person, but it felt unsatisfactory.

Very clean and friendly staff. I tried to be eco-friendly and left my do not disturb sign on after confirming with the staff that would be sufficient to not have the room cleaned that day, but they still came in.
