Amazing hotel with amazing bath features in a really good area. It was certainly very clean, staff was very nice and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent choice
Visited with my wife and baby. First it’s a new, in great condition and with tasteful finishes. Price was reasonable for what you get. It’s advertised as 27m2 (if I remember correctly) but felt like a lot more than that because of clever use of space. We had 2 double beds but still plenty of space to move around and sit. Bath and shower were separate (most are combined), vanity and toilet were also in separate rooms so was easy to share the space. For me it’s the gold standard on how to design hotels - every detail was well thought through. A few freebies like charger, extension cable and iron box in the room were a big plus - most hotels require you to hire them. Location is great for commuting - Ginza line (Shibuya, Asakusa) and JR Sobu line (Tokyo, Narita) all downstairs - hardly used taxis. Seven11 around the corner and vending machines in the property. Very comfortable. And staff were comfortable speaking English which in Japan is a big bonus. I’m not big on writing reviews but this one had to get a big thumbs up from me!

Exceptional 10.0
Great place to stay in Tokyo. If you want to get on Shinkansen, either Tokyo or Ueno are more convenient. The breakfast quality is good but not as great as you see in the photos. They serve pretty much the same dishes, and we got tired of having the same every morning. There aren’t that many varieties either. Rooms and the public bath are fantastic. We just wished the bath was open for the entire night and thru 11am or so instead of 9am.

Very good 8.0
Smart, spacious hotel. Let down by check-in policy
We had a comfortable stay in this hotel, however, it was frustrating that despite our room being ready they refused to let us check-in before 3pm or find us somewhere private to breastfeed our infant son.
