Personnel très gentil, c’est propre et assez tranquille

The place is pretty close to the restaurants so location is great. But the place is dirty. We had to ask for fresh linen because one of the beds had some kind of blood stain and hairs, one of the pillows looked like it had drool or something worst. Being the table and chairs still had garbage from previous clients (price tags, candy wrapping). It's a good thing we brought Lysol wipes to clean a bit before settling in..

Motel qui porte bien son nom. On ne s'attend à rien d'autre qu'une réceptionniste qu'on voudrait comme tante, un vieux tapis humide et une distributrice à condom (vide) dans la chambre. Accueil chaleureuse, amicale et en toute simplicité. Les plantes dans l'entrée sont surperbes en passant. Télévision de l'accueil est digne d'un antiquaire, montrez-la à vos enfants. La chambre était grande, avec deux fenêtres, l'une donnait sur le parking et l'autre sur un cimetière d'arbre, communément appelé "cour à bois". La déco date certainement d'avant la création du motel. La literie, bien que propre, est déficiante. La fermeté du matelas est comparable à un deux par quatre. La salle de bain était propre. Motel bien situé, pas trop loin de La Malbaie (centre-ville) et de la Sepaq. Y a même un Tim Hortons en face pour ne pas trop dépayser le québecois moyen. Bref, une place pour dormir moyennement bien.

Although the rooms are labeled no-smoking, there were several groups of guests smoking on the deck outside of their rooms. My washroom also has cigarette smell presumably from previous guest.

Room was huge, but dark. Better lighting would help a lot.

Super fast check-in. Well located. Fair price. Bed mattress were ok. Slept well

They are not attending in the hotel at evening and Microwoven is not available in the Room. Anyway,Thanks for booking our rooms.

Property was an older building, carpet on the floors, it was ok for a quick rest while traveling

The lady at check in was nice enough but did just what was needed and no more. The area was nothing to speak of but ok. There’s a Tim Horton across the street. There is no hair dryer. The beds are super nice, the mattresses are of superior quality. The tv channels leaves a lot to be desired. Afraid of choosing a channel as it says that you have to subscribe to it and not sure what that means, so ask. The room maid was very nice and accommodating. The room was very clean. Would I stay there again.......yes absolutely.

Not a very nice experience at all .. staff was very ignorant To anyone who don’t speak French and the place is a dump .. don’t waste you money .. sleep in your car first !
