I want to commend the girl on reception. She was friendly, professional and helpful. Our train home had been cancelled because of the freezing weather and she was very helpful with our luggage storage. The apartment was well located and well equipped. There is some noise from doors closing in the corridors and the price is high ( but maybe no higher than other central locations) but all in all we had a very good stay.

This is not a hotel-apartment. There is no one on the front desk, someone from the company meets you at the front door and takes you to the apartment, you have to arrange this as you arrive in Manchester. I was messaged on my journey to say that they had decided to put me in different accommodation that where I had booked originally. I did not feel safe in this apartment building as there is no security or front desk. The carpets were dirty, there were issues with exposed wires and it is not child-friendly. I feel misled by the listing and would not stay here again.

Lovely stay
Our stay was lovely, we were running late for an event we were heading too and we couldn’t figure out where the hotel was. We rang them up and said we were having trouble finding where it was and a lovely man came out to assist us. My partner parked the car in the arndale and the man(totally forgot his name) helped me to the hotel and up to my room with all the baggage. The room was very clean and good standard, it is literally like breakfast in bed as you step out of bed and your oven is in front of you. It was a quick and easy check out too. One thing that was never said on the booking was you have to pay £200 deposit on arrival for any damages, this is refunded back to you if no damages.

Stay away from this place at all costs. Cancelled my accomodation a day before my trip leaving me with no other affordable alternative. Cancelled due to my postcode which I find very descriminatory. Also not able to get in contact with anyone to discuss the abismal level of service and I've been bombarded with messages about my trip despite the fact it was cancelled.

Their apartments are situated inside a residential block which could be awkward. Therefore, there is NO front desk and you'll have to notify them before checking-in. There is also NO on-site parking. The member of staff tried to charge us £15 for parking in a nearby public car park, which in fact was only £10 per day - don't be fooled. The apartment itself was ok as there were 2 ensuites and good size bedrooms. Although the bathrooms were clean, the carpets were dirty. There were many cracks/holes in the walls. The doors were also cracked, dated furniture and the bedding were very uncomfy. The only good points were the location and the good size rooms.

Average accommodation - Great Location
Great location. Mattress needs changing and bed feels like its gona fall through. Basic furniture and bad tv reception. Forgot jewelry in room wanted to go back in and get it but staff named Ahmed on phone was terribly rude, and not helpful. Was told staff at reception could not access floor again, this was a clear lie as i did, the guy at reception let me in, i collected my jewelry and was on my way. Why not try to assist guest? Lady who checked us in was polite and did appologise. Location is good, but for price paid, there are many other options with alot more comfy furniture.

Excellent apartments
I stayed in a flat for 5 days. It had everything I needed (fridge, hob, oven, wadhing machine,iron etc) and was spotless. The staff were very nice and gave me an early check-in. Only thing I didn't like was the fact that there's a 200 hundred pound deposit which I learned about AFTER making the booking. My booking didn't have free cancellation so it I didnt have 200 pounds to spare for a few days I would've lost my money. Luckily I did and the money was quickly refunded. I would go back there again if I'm ever in Manchester.
