Very nice “small” room
Room, service and location were impeccable. But the room is very small itself. Layout was a bit strange and took us a while to figure out all the light switches and what they are tied to. Nice location with a view but I think you can do better as far as value for what you get. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Overall a nice and new hotel. My issue is with the housekeeping services or should I say LACK of housekeeping. Doesn't it seem like during Covid there should be more housekeeping, not less? We were at the hotel for 3 full nights and never had our room cleaned! I love how they try to veil the fact that they don't want to pay housekeepers as some sort of safety issue that could come from actually cleaning the room. Not acceptable from a nice hotel!! Also why wasn't the bar open on a Friday night, but open on Wednesday?

So loud we didn't sleep at all.
Pros- new build, modern, very clean, nice workers in the middle of down town. Cons- it's located 2 blocks from skid row so there are bums EVERYWHERE. Be prepared to get hit up for money by at least 4 aggressive bums within each block you walk. Parking isn't included. Walls are paper thin so you can hear EVERYTHING from the neighbors. We tried to prevent this by getting a corner room but it didn't help. Worst part was the traffic! You're at the corner of 2 busy main streets so you WILL hear traffic all night long. Honking, people, cars revving their engines... You will not sleep one single wink. Mind you, I had earplugs in so you can just imagine how loud it is there We had a early flight the next morning and we regretted staying here. The craftsmanship of the hotel is not good because if it were we wouldn't have that problem. Because of this we will never stay at any other AC Hotel ever again. If you don't want to sleep, this will work for you. If you plan on sleeping AT ALL do not book here. I'm writing this from the airport as it was THAT bad and I am THAT tired. Aside from that the shower didn't work so bathing was difficult. All around bad experience that we will remember next time we're looking for a place to stay.
