O quarto tem um bom tamanho, estava tudo limpo, o colchão é confortável, porém, as toalhas estavam manchadas. A localização é boa e a área aonde está o apartamento é um lugar reservado. O estacionamento é cobrado a parte, aí é que tivemos problema, pois houve uma falha de comunicação com a empresa que administra o apartamento e uma falta de vontade de resolver o problema, tivemos que insistir para que fosse dado uma solução, enquanto isso, ficamos esperando mais ou menos por uns 30 minutos, o que gerou aborrecimento. Por fim, tudo foi resolvido.

Eu fiquei apenas 10 minutos no imóvel. Ao entrar fui saudado por duas baratas e a terceira correu para debaixo da cama. Não havia toalhas e roupa de cama para os quatro hóspedes. Meus filhos teriam que dormir no colchão. Sem roupa de cama e com barata? Sem condições. Sai de lá eu procurei outro lugar. Não recomendo a ninguém

Pior experiência de hospedagem da minha vida!! Comecei chegando no flat e o anfitrião (AKILÊ) não havia me liberado na portaria. Eu cheguei quase 16h porque poderia entrar desde 15h. O porteiro me deixou trancada na calçada do centro de sp com minhas malas, não me deixou nem mesmo entrar no hall do prédio - eu sou uma mulher de 65 anos. Tudo isso porque o anfitrião - no caso, a empresa AKILÊ - não havia liberado minha entrada. Após quase 30 minutos consegui entrar. O anfitrião não respondia as mensagens e quando questionava o problema ele só me cortava com “obg”. Ultrajante! Me disse que era problema da portaria que não tinha visto a autorização. O único a mandar o RG na hora do ocorrido foi meu filho que apareceu para me socorrer, mas os documentos meus e do meu marido já haviam sido mandados para a AKILÊ desde o dia anterior!! Pois o porteiro me mostrou o WhatsApp dele com a AKILÊ e a autorização só chegou depois que eu já estava presa na rua com malas. Ao subir, o quarto odor super desagradável, as toalhas manchadas de péssima qualidade, o lençol todo furado e, pra completar, um vazamento na pia do banheiro que molhava toda a cozinha. A comunicação com a AKILÊ era nula. Eles não respondiam quase nenhum questionamento, não atenderam nenhuma das minhas ligações! NENHUMA! E continuaram ignorando minhas perguntas com “obg”. Nao recebi nem um pedido de desculpas por ter ficado presa sozinha e com minhas malas na rua. Não desejo essa empresa AKILÊ nem para o pior inimigo.

A localização é boa. O Studio poderia ter uma cama melhor e ser melhor equipado. Toalhas ruins, roupas de cama encardidas. E muitas restrições de uso das roupas de cama e toalhas, cobranças extras etc. mas tem a vantagem de ter portaria 24 horas.

Studio bem localizado, com opções de compras, restaurantes e lazer. Ambiente bem controlado (tivemos apenas uma intercorrência quanto ao visitante e a liberação da entrada, mas depois foi ajustado). O apartamento estava limpo (ambiente/ lençóis e toalhas) e utensílios domésticos foram super úteis, senti falta apenas de um liquidificador. Os funcionários foram ótimos no período da estadia. A academia estava em ótimas condições. O local se mostrou seguro em todos os horários que saímos.

Bom, porém...

A estadia no geral foi boa e fiquei satisfeita. A localização foi fundamental para minha escolha. Porém, dois pontos me incomodaram muito: 1° minha escolha foi de acordo com as fotos, mas ao entrar no Studio percebi que não era o mesmo. Nas fotos o studio possuía um espelho de corpo inteiro no guarda roupas e o que fiquei não tinha. Isso para mim era importante, pois fui para participar por 3 dias de um evento formal. 2° o Studio estava limpo, mas com cheiro forte de cigarro impregnado. O cheiro não foi embora com o tempo mesmo abrindo as janelas e espirrando perfume.
