Terrible experience... stay away!!
Booked this hotel for one night stay during a road trip, used hotels.com. I received confirmation email for the booking but when I reached the hotel, the receptionist said I didn't have a booking. I showed her the email, called hotels.com... after one hour of waiting until they were looking into what went wrong... I decided to just book a room myself...the receptionist then told me they had no rooms available. Utter nonsense ... I had to book another hotel nearby myself. They wasted 1.5hrs of my time at night... after a long drive... with my dog waiting and getting anxious. This was the waste experience I had with a Hilton hotel and hotels.com. Terribly managed, horrible service...traumatizing and never booking at another Hilton hotel. Stay away and book with Holiday Inn nearby... they are much friendlier and accomodating!

The property was conveniently located close to the interstate. I did have problems checking in, due to an Expedia error. The front desk was helpful, but a few of the desk workers did not seem sympathetic or knowledgeable as to how to fix my problem. The room was very clean, but the bed was very firm and squeaky. And the pillows were not what you would expect from a hotel with such a high rating. Overall, I would say this is a good hotel, but did not meet my expectations based upon the rating. I would give it anywhere between a 7.5 or an 8 out of 10.
