A nice gem to stay in Tokyo
Clean and comfortable bed. Near to train sta and many great local eateries. Free coffee after breakfast service and the veggie miso soup is heart warming in cold winter nights.

Valentine's weekend trip
It was a good hotel besides being a little tricky to find (it's easier to find Asakusa temple then walk to the street behind it and turn left). I chose it because of the large breakfast variety (a little expensive but well worth it). I really liked the free membership that provided bath powders and a free bike rental. They re-stocked the complimentary toothbrushes, bottled water, and razors every day:) The big, soaker tub was a hit, too! Room is small for Western standards, but still comfortable with nice wallpaper.

Great service, very nice location. Small room
The hotel was a mixed bag. The service was great, the amenities were good. However the room size was very cramped. This was the only hotel in our Japan trip where we couldn't open the luggage except on bed. The bathroom was quite decently sized compared to the bedroom, and had good amenities. The AC worked excellent, and there was no disturbance nearby. They have 3 coin laundries too. When we arrived, they held our luggage for us in the storage. We had also booked tickets for Ghibli Museum beforehand and delivered to the hotel, and they had kept it safely and handed it over to us at checkin. As for the location, it's a little inconvenient to travel from tourist areas such as Shinjuku/Shibuya/Harajuku and with the JR Pass doesn't get all the way. You need to take the Tsukuba Express from Akihabara (8 minute walk) or take the bus 46 from Ueno station (3 minute walk) for 210 yen each. However as we roamed around the area at different times of the day, we were very pleased with staying here. Senso-ji temple is 2-3 minute walk from the hotel, and we saw it at 5 am, 12 pm and 10 pm seeing the empty/ tourist-filled version and beautifully-filled night version. The market is great too with souvenirs and has old town charm with rickshaws. We loved Mameshiba cafe, Jungle owl cafe. Asakusa Station is 18-minute walk, but takes you direct to Haneda Airport. So despite our reservations, we'd consider staying in Asakusa again. The hotel is very nice, except for small room for price.

Our first trip to Japan
We loved our stay! Everyone was great! The hotel is a little far from the train stations but you go through Sensoji temple and Nakamise street shopping so it is not bad!

Great staff and accommodations!
Outstanding! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They allowed me to leave my bags at the hotel a couple of days before my reservation while I went for an out of town trip. The room was very clean with great facilities. Will definitely stay here again!

Happy with stay, minor concerns
I stayed for 7 nights and overall enjoyed a great deal. The breakfast buffet is not worth the 1600 yen, and I would have appreciated if they told me that the card key for room is room specific and would cost 3000 yen if lost. Otherwise the triple room was clean and very fast WiFi.
