About this apartment

New duplex apartment, part of a modern building complex surrounded by fresh Mediterranean vegetation, independent entrance with exclusive outdoor space reserved for guests with table and chairs and a comfortable sofa to spend pleasant evenings and dinners outdoors. Free WI-FI in all rooms. The house has a private garage on the lower floor and on the same floor we find the sleeping area with two double bedrooms overlooking the inner courtyard or the courtyard, the windows have mosquito nets, complete the floor a small bathroom with shower, bidet and sink, the rooms are fresh and silent ideal for a good rest.

    Sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

    Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem fast neuen, sehr schickem Haus mit eigener Tiefgarage. Die Lage am Hang wurde von den Architekten hervorragend in die Raumaufteilung umgesetzt. Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich im kühlen Untergeschoss mit separatem Bad. Über eine Treppe gelangt man zum großen Wohn und Essbereich. Alles war sehr sauber, prima ausgestattet und liebevoll im mediterranen Stil dekoriert. Die Vermieterin Franca und ihr Ehemann sind sehr freundlich und haben bei Rückfragen sehr rasch reagiert. Alles in allem ist die Ferienwohnung mehr als empfehlenswert.
