Staff is great but the property is old and even paint is chipping. The design is horrible and tries to be modern and instead just end up being badly designed. Shower leaks water, water does not fall into the drain so the place is perpetually wet

Pros: Very friendly staff and nice swimming pool. Cons: Extremely dirty and badly maintained for $170 a night. The pictures are deceiving. Please don't stay here. There was thick layer of dust on high touch areas like cups, fridge and tables. Toilet was extremely dirty with many long hair in toilet bowl, and short shaved hair in sink. Requested for a king bed but was given 2 single beds which were in terrible condition. This room is one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and for $170SGD a night. You can find better accomodation elsewhere.

Xy hotel staycation with my wife
Location of hotel is in between two mrt stations; bugis and lavender. It is located near to the arab street and beach road and not to mention Bugis street and bugis junction. From the decoration and fitting of the rooms, it more towards boutique hotel. The carpet floor is abit dirty. Other than that all others are acceptable.
