Nice hotel with rather warm rooms
Hotel was clean, comfortable, staff attentive, and the complementary breakfast great. Our gripe was with the air conditioning, which was set at an uncomfortable 26.5 C (80 F). Front desk said you could manually lower the temperature with +/- switch but it didn’t work. Attendant came up and tried unsuccessfully. Because no technician was on call on Saturday night, he gave us another room, where the temperature setting was 25 C. He lowered the temperature and told us it would go down gradually to the desired level. It never did, but it was late and we were exhausted after a day’s travel so we didn’t call again. We had reserved for just one night so don’t know if the issue was fixed. It seemed to us that a master temperature override was set for energy conservation for the summer, where temperatures can exceed 30 C most days. Anyone booking this hotel should perhaps inquire about this beforehand. We don’t know if any other guest had the same issue.

Wonderful! Hotel was in a great location, close to metro stops. Staff was very accommodating. Free parking was clutch The downside is the room safe and refrigerator didn’t work. I’d rate it an 9/10
