Hotel Bowmann is a 5-STAR hotel so I expected a 5-STAR experience.
However, below was my experience so far.
1. Bathroom rack was broken the on first day. Called couple a times and finally got someone to fix, which took us more than 1 hour spending in the room monitoring the maintenance. Hello? Excuse me? We are in a hotel, so in our own house dealing with this shxt.
2. The system was a mess with staff entering the info manually through paper. The result was we were overcharged of $1,000 Euro. Insanely crazy. (Still no one get back to us on refund)
3. Then coffee machine was broken and fixed the day after.
4. Flagged the issue to the manager and waited for 5 days but no one gave a shxt.
5. We stayed for 6 nights and sometimes we have to ask for water bottle refill by ourselves.
6. During check-in, no one helped a pregnant woman for luggage but standing them shrugging with ignorance. Simply they do not care about customer. Thank you so much.
Still waiting for the manager to get back. But this is absolutely NOT a 5-star experience.
To be fair, location is decent, 15 walk from shopping area. But not worth the money and time to spend your vacation. Do Not Recommend.
