    Great stay overall!
Luxury indeed! Great new facilities, great location. My only issue was they accidentally overcharged me something, but once i clarified it with them, it was all good. Breakfast was a bit pricey but good food. Will definitely come again with family next time!

    Poor 2.0
    utter disappointment
Spoiled my whole special weekend. Supposed to be the cream on the cake and grand finale of a rare and very special time for me. Given the worst room in the old corner section of the hotel, overlooking and directly above the first-floor roofs of the lower floor walkways. I Paid extra for a sea view. A laughing stock, will never go there again nor encourage anyone else. Loud fog horn speaker that even with closed doors drowned out the TV. Same thing early the next morning. Aggregating and intrusive of peace. Travelled all my life around the world in 5-star hotels, never experienced such a depressing horrible stay. Sakicoco .

    Very good choice
Riley Resort was a comfortable stay and we loved the rooms and the view of the Sea. Paper Crane is the main restaurant. The others are just a bar and also Greenfields cafe that Paper Crane supplies their hot food. Paper Crane has vegan options but the Greenfields has no vegan option.

    Very good 8.0
A wonderful place with room for minor improvements
Pros: A brand new hotel in a great location. Loved how eco friendly the establishment is by using paper instead of plastic. Staff was helpful & friendly. The pool was great for little ones to play in. Concierge was very helpful pointing out activities for little ones & restaurants near by. Cons: Had called for housekeeping at 4p before the room but no one came by during the 4 hrs we were gone. Had to call again at 8p when we came back from dinner. Also had called about the flickering light above the bed 3 times. Each time was told by front desk that they would contact maintenance/engineer to come & switch out but it never happened. We finally gave up on the idea of getting it done & just turned that light off during our stay. The poolside service was hard to get. Had to go to the main restaurant to track down someone assigned to the pool area. The lobby & the poolside ramp were closed off either for construction, auto display, slippery grounds, or some other reason. It was confusing to get around, especially with a pram. Overall it was a lovely stay but the lack of communication between the staff & guests was evident. Given it’s a new establishment, I’m sure this will improve as they gain more experience & feedback. I have already recommended this place to others & will continue to do so.
