Nice staff, little but a great and clean hotell.
Me and my friend stayed here for 3 days up in the svit with the terrace. The room itself was very nice and clean. The bed was great and the view was awesome. We were surpried to see a sauna in the bathroom so that was a big plus. The walls aren’t that thick so you could sometimes hear your neighbour next door. The hotell was very smal with a smal reception, not to mention the smal elevator where only one of you fits at a time. The staff was super friendly Though. You have a busstop right outside from the hotell, the Metro is just around the corner were you also have alot of cafees, shops, restaurantes and the beautiful mall Gallerie Lafayette is just one minute away (by foot). If you stay at this hotell you have to visit Sacre Cour, it is only 20 min away (uphill) by foot from the hotell but the view of the city is so worth it and it is very romantic at night. Overall Dream hotell was a great experiance and it has a good Loa tionde, i would definitly stay here again!

Newly refurbished hotel in excellent location
This is a newly opened hotel, so some facilities aren't ready yet, such as the dining room for breakfast. The rooms are quite large by Paris standards, and they are quite comfortable. The room even has a coffee machine (using pods) as well as a kettle and fridge. There are plenty of power outlets in the room, which is always a good thing. The front desk is manned 24 hours a day, and all of the front desk staff speak excellent English. The lift is quite small and only accommodates one or two people at a time. So if you are claustrophobic you might prefer to use the stairs.

Nice location
The hotel location is great. Our room was very small so we play around without suitcases and we managed to make space. The bed was big and comfortable. The elevator is very tiny so only one person or two petite people could fit. The suitcases either you take them yourself thru the stairs or send them on the elevator. There is an authenticate French restaurant down the street, lovely food. Make reservations first. A hairdryer is available. Only the receptionist is allowed to monitor the air condition in the room, so let them know what temperature you would like it to be set up. There is a cell phone that is provided by the hotel that you could get around Paris.

A Gem in Opera area
I read couple of bad reviews, and chanced it. The room was amazing & the size is Europe style of course. Location is close to everywhere as I always like Opera, Place Vendome, Madeline, Montmarte, Louvre, Champs Ellysee area anyway. So happy to get the chance to stay at this hotel with last minute booking. The hotel lift was quite interesting - It says fit for two, but i think it's just meant for suitcases :) I came back from shopping at 11.20, and around 11.30 got a call from the reception downstairs saying check out was 11am, which was quite thoughtful of him to let me breathe & organize myself a bit before phoning. Bravo.

Good 6.0
Staff were pleasant and professional but I was put off by the elevator. It literally fits one large person (and you cannot move around) - no bags or anyone else. Staff have to carry your bags to your room as result. I was fortunate with my timing in that I never had to wait too long for it to arrive, but heard lots of people running up and down the stairs (there are 7 floors, I was on 6). The room was ok, but peeling paintwork not a good look. The bed very comfortable but in general there was hardly any room to move around.
