Es un buen Hotel lástima la funcionaria
La recepcionista no tenía idea de la reservación. Me tocó buscar en las maletas lo que había impreso. Totalmente desobligante y despectiva la atención de la recepcionista. Averiguando su nombre se llama Andrea. Salimos y regresamos en dos horas y ya no estaba estaba funcionaria. Cambió tanto la atención que creímos haber llegado a otro hotel. La nueva recepcionista era muy amable. Lástima de la imagen tan negativa que nos dejó Andrea, por que el hotel resulta muy agradable por sus instalaciones, ubicación y habitaciones amplias y limpias. El acceso al parqueadero en muy bajito y hay que descargar las maletas que se lleven en la parrilla. En la recepción no se informa si hay servicio de bebidas o snacks. El niño tuvo sed durante la noche y no sabíamos de este servicio. Sin embargo volvería a este hotel con gusto.
