A great location close to shops and restaurants. The room was very spacious and there was plenty of easily accessible parking. Minimal interaction with staff and very quiet and pleasant stay.

I thought I didn't have a lot of control over the temperature and it was a little cold. Bed very comfy. While there is shampoo and shower gel provided, there is no conditioner and no lotion (so bring your own). No English TV station, though a movie network that showed one. No American news, No available plug/converter for non-Korean plugs.

7 people in a family room, beddings (except a double bed) not set until arrived. 3 person has to sleep in enclosed balcony area which is non-air conditioned. Bottled water, cups only for 2 Not recommended for groups of more than 2!

I had great difficulty checking in, as the hotel had a different name for me. I'm unsure if that was expedia's fault or the hotels. Our room was not cleaned and the daily allotment of new towels, water and coffee was not provided, until we asked. The shower towels they provide are willing to size of hand towels.

2/10 Poor

Our family had bad experience with air conditioner. A air conditioner filter was dirty. Rest room door was not closed well So we changed new room. But air conditioner was not working. We had bad experience. They were trying to help us. But the hotel was operated with family. So facility operation/maintain was not professional.
