Enganação completa
As fotos dos anúncios são dos quartos virados para o mar. Primeira colocados em um quarto ridiculamente pequeno, muito diferente do qual contratamos pelo anúncio. Mudamos então para uma segunda suíte com uma bela vista para o muro, uma porta que batia no frigobar, o banheiro com janela para o corredor social e lençóis rasgados e sujos de sangue. O antende noturno efetuou a troca da roupa de cama e falou que providenciaria a troca de quarto para o que efetivamente reservamos no dia seguinte. No dia seguinte o atendente do novo turno falou que a troca não seria possível por estarem lotados, mas que poderiam alterar outras reservas frente a um pagamento de sobretaxa de 30%. Questionei a cobrança pois hotel em questão não tem variação de tarifas de acordo com os quartos, todos são o mesmo valor. O atendente então afirmou que essa era a informação passada pela gerência. São cobrados à parte, qualquer troca de roupa de cama antes da segunda diária. O que é ridículo para um hotel na beira da praia. O serviço de quarto também só pode ser solicitado após a segunda diária, e deeve ser requisitado com um dia de antecedência. Precisei usar a sala de reuniões, que estava vazia, para uma reunião remota. Quando estava no meio da reunião, entra um capanga do hote, com toda a delicadeza de um rinoceronte e desliga o ar porque, segundo ele eu deveria ter pedido autorização. Resumindo, é pura enganação e amadorismo. Fujam.

Unpleasant stay. Desagradavel estada.
The experience was not good at all. I had to pay a fee to have a friend over to talk for like 30 mins. My AC didn't work all night long. I went to talk to the Manager he seemed like he didn't care about my concerns. I'd never recommend this hotel to no-one.

Um bom hotel, mas precisa melhorar
Foi uma boa estadia. A beira mar de uma linda praia de Cabo Branco. Os recepcionistas muito educado e gente boa demais. O que me desagradou e muito nesse hotel foi o café da manhã.Pouquisssima variedade e sempre a mesma coisa (passei 6 dias lá),e muito pouco, nada de fartura como em todos os hotéis. Outro ponto negativo são as roupas de cama e banho, velhas e desconfortáveis e os travesseiros é melhor dormir numa pedra.

O problema principal do hotel é não solicitar o passaporte vacinal( Decreto Estadual) , isso nos deixa vulnerável , tendo em vista que ainda estamos numa pandemia. Os lençóis e toalhas são encardidos, não tem aquele cheiro agradável de limpeza. Encontrei produto de consumo vencido dentro do frigobar. ( Que foi devidamente trocado) Enfim...o Hotel é bom , café da manhã atende a necessidade e o único problema é que o gerente e ou donos não se preocupam em melhorar as condições gerais do hotel, tornando mais agradável. ( Não tem TV a cabo ) .

Experiência péssima. Ao reserva a diária nas imagens do site mostrava vista para o mar. Perguntei na recepção se teria vista para o mar conforme e foto e fui informada que não. Ao solicitar um quarto com vista para o mar foi cobrado uma taxa de 150,00. Péssimo atendimento e a limpeza deixou muito a desejar. Decepcionado com o site Hotéis.com e o Hotel
