An okay stay. Better value elsewhere. Convenient location. We stayed in the hotel after our wedding and with friends and family scattered at other hotels in the area, we can confirm ours was most expensive and probably the worst value of those. Our check in was seamless, but the room we stayed in was not worth the money. Stayed on the 5th floor in Mid-June and the room was uncomfortably hot. They claim to have air conditioning but you aren’t allowed to run it while you’re out of the room and by the time the evening came our room was like a greenhouse. Scorching hot and the “air con” was no more than a fan blasting out warm air. It was legitimately nauseating how hot the room was. As the hotel is located on a busy square, it’s too noisy to have the windows open at night if you want any sleep whatsoever. Shower door broken so we couldn’t shower without spraying the entire bathroom. Another point, we left our room at 6:45 one day for our Vatican tour and came back about 12:00 to freshen up; our room still hadn’t been cleaned so we had to wait for the cleaner to finish.

Loved absolutely everything about this boutique hotel. Everything we wanted was in walking distance--or relatively close by via taxi. The customer service was amazing. They helped arrange transportation to the airport and a tour of the Colosseum. Additionally, the breakfast on the terrace each morning was a total win--so good and such great service. And the view! Amazing. Also, the terrace was open all day/evening, so it was a great place for a drink. We loved the room--the decorations were impeccable. Our room was a suite--great living space and the bedroom was large. Would love to have a chance to stay here again. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends!

Lovely Palazzo accommodations
The personnel were very nice and welcoming. We stayed in room 402 overlooking Piazza Barberini. The room was large, delightful and super clean. Loved the ceiling! Once the windows were shut we could not hear any street noise. The bathroom was large and modern. Very good hotel in a great location.

It is a small property, as expected in the city. It was definitely cute. We had issues with the management from the moment we got there. They were supposed to help with arranging a rental car; that didn’t happen. We had 2 rooms between 4 people and 1 of the rooms was having AC issues. When brought this to managements attention, they said the entire building was because it all runs on the same in these city buildings. After speaking with our friends in the other room, their room was freezing; as was the entire rest of the hotel - this continued for both of our nights there - they said they’d call maintenance (and never did) and said they’d move our room (and never did). The morning before our departure from Rome, we asked management to arrange a car for us to take us to the airport (they have a sign on checkin desk stating they do this). She confirmed our 6:15am pick up, and come 6:30am the day of, the kind gentleman in management said that their was an issue and ended up getting us a taxi. The hotel is in a great location, but honestly that is about it.
