Great location. Fantastic food. The staff was so nice and helpful. We stayed at the beginning and at the end of our trip. Had breakfast there, coffee and pastries, drinks during live music night. Walking distance to all the highlights. Right across the street from the bus stop to get you to/from airport and other attractions. The room is basic but has everything you would need. The hotel was great value, it was in an ideal location in Reykjavik. The bakery and bagel shop was an added bonus and was good value. My only gripe is why do staff members have to be so rude as was my unfortunate experience because I would not let them into the hotel before opening time, yet I'm not a member of the hotel staff, I didn't deserve to be ridiculed and spoken to as such in front of other staff and customers
