We really liked the location. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Personnel were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good too. Nothing bad to say about the hotel. Wish the bathroom would have been a little bigger.

Outstanding stay in Karlsruhe
Beautiful hotel in city center. Outside when your arrive it doesnt look like, but once you are in, lobby, rooms, it looks beautiful. Wonderful terrace to have a coffee!!! Huge spaces, big bathroom, we even had a small living room!!!!! We were 5 minutes from castle..... Strongly recommended if staying in Karlsruhe. Loved it!!! best hotel in our trip to Europe!!!!

Super angenehmes Hotel mit minimalen Mankos
Insgesamt sehr gut. Service sehr sehr freundlich, sehr schnell und Zimmer sehr sauber. Was ich enttäuschend fand: sehr schlechte zimmerbeleuchtung, die bettleuchte sogar defekt. Leider waren die kissen auch nicht gerade angenehm, wobei das bett generell super war.

Das Hotel hat die perfekte Lage mit der besten Aussicht in alle Richtungen von der Dachterrasse. Zu meinem Staunen war es sehr günstig für die Lage. Die Zimmer sind nicht modern eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber, praktisch und gemütlich. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen!
