For a capsule hotel it's very good. The staff is very friendly, the beds are clean very well and is comfortable, it also have a sofa function. There are 3-4 showers available and 3 toilet available on the floor I was on, which was plenty because there was always one available for me to use. 5:30-7:30 they gave us free beer in the lounge. Overall great experience.

I only stayed for 1 night, but i will definitely stay again! The room was super clean and comfortable. The amenities were really high-tech and the overall vibe was great. The location is pretty good, too. There's a convenience store and multiple restaurants nearby. It was also very close (about 10 minute's walk for me because I got distracted) to Shibuya Station's Hachiko enterance. Overall a great experience!
