I haven't tried other rooms but the room 13 in level 3 is disappointing. It is near the window, too noisy, can hear the cars and karaoke. The room is dirty and it smells. The staff were friendly and accomodating.

I think it is indeed a budget hotel so to speak, so don't expect hotel standard. However, it is a decent budget hotel. self check in and no need to check out. Will stay here again if I'm planning a trip to this part of Hong Kong.

蚊多，冷氣機滲流，冷氣不足，前台剛接手三天，很多問題不清楚。舊樓改做微細酒店房間，不太合適，因轉身位都不多。

Stay Far Away
I had to wait 20 MINS for someone to get to the lobby. Then they asked for an ADDITIONAL 25%. I called Hotels.com and they said I shouldn't pay anything and I didn't. The bathroom was MICRO and you had to sit SIDEWAYS ON THE TOILET. PEE was all on the walls because you had to pee sideways. HAIR was everywhere. The TV was MOUNTED where you could not watch it. This place is terrible

The place was dirty. You had to sit sideways on the toilet and pee was all over the walls. Hair was everywhere when I checked in and the tried to extort an additional 25% from me. Hotels.com told me not to pay anything extra. The worse hotel experience in Hong Kong so far
