Noisy
There were some fabulous parts to the Bisha hotel including the shower and the comfort of the bed but it was so noisy. I could hear every ding on the elevator as well as the conversations of anyone who was walking in the corridor. I expected the sound proofing to be a bit better given the price of the hotel.

Loved it!
Check in was easy. They upgraded our room which was awesome. My husband and I just got married the day before so it made our stay that much better. The in-room service food was delicious and the plates were larger than anticipated. Unlike most hotels I've been to, this one was completely silent at night. I'm used to thin walls and being woken up several times throughout the night from other guests. Not here. I would definitely stay here again.

Not our style but overall great stay!
Family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids 10 and under visiting for 1 night. We had a great experience overall however it's not our type of hotel. The atmosphere was almost nightclub like. Again, not our style but back in my single days or without kids I would have probably have appreciated it more. The cleanliness of the hotel was amazing. Beds were ok but found it strange that there was only a duvet and no top sheet (only a fitted sheet on the matress). There was almost a perfume smell in the room which was a bit too strong considering we're so used to scent free environments. The elevators were really slow while we were there. But overall, we had a great stay. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Being able to send a text message to the front desk to ask questions was simple and convenient. The view of the CN tower from our room was really great! And the location can't be beat as it's close to all the action. Great place to stay if you're going to a Jays game! While I don't recommend this hotel for families, it would be excellent for couples or for those without kids.

Excellent Stay
The hotel is gorgeous and our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were superb and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable — big shout out to Nish at the bar who makes a great Aperol Spritz! There’s currently some building work taking place outside the hotel which makes for noisy mornings. I would advise light sleepers to ask for a room further away from the building work. All in all, it was an excellent stay and would definitely go back!
